Eucalyptus sideroxylon is a very distinctive Eucalyptus species, with dark furrowed bark and blue-grey to grey-green foliage, and clusters of seven red, white, pink, or creamy yellow flowers, and cup-shaped to shortly-spherical fruit (gum nuts).
